I'm posting this in hopes that anyone that thinks about purchasing it for their surface device may look it up and see this. Where they finally told me that they have no plans to fix the issue.
It took nearly two weeks before they gave me a straight answer.

As I'm using that key on the Surface Pro 7. Corel told me it wouldn't (which turned out to be a fucking lie. The key was only good for two uses and I wasn't sure if deactivating it from one device would restore that key. I had installed it on my main PC and an old Surface 3. Though I had purchased that bundle twice.

The software itself is incredibly expensive. There is also no mention on their site that their software doesn't work for the Surface Pro 7. The ones that I had found were relatively old, or for a similar issue that effected the Surface Pro 4 (if I recall correctly). I found very few mentions of the issue coming direct from Corel themselves.
As in my attempts to find a solution myself, I was unable to do so. The reason I'm posting this is purely for the sake of others.
